Methods of purchase and shipping

Order of goods:

To order a product, click on the product of your choice and then press the "Add to cart" button. If you wish to continue shopping, simply select another product and add it to the cart again. You can get to the page with the contents of your order by pressing the "Cart" button located in the upper right corner of the screen. You can delete goods from the basket, or enter a higher number of purchased items.
The next step is to choose the method of transport and payment and to enter your billing information, which is your contact information and address. You can also use your discount coupon, just enter its code in the order details.

Please note that we do not accept cash payments. Payment in cash is not possible even when picking up goods in person.

Payment options:

Cash on delivery: 29 CZK

By transfer: free of charge or according to your bank's fees

In case of personal collection, it is not possible to pay cash on delivery, the order must be paid in advance (by bank transfer).

 

Order completion:

After receiving the order, we will send you an e-mail confirming the order. If the goods are in stock, they will be sent to you on the next working day at the latest. If the goods are not in stock, we will agree a delivery date with you. By default, in the Czech Republic the goods will arrive within 1 - 2 days of dispatch, in Slovakia within 3 - 5 days.

If you have chosen the personal collection option, we will contact you by e-mail as soon as your order is ready.

All orders for personal collection are stored at the building's reception/concierge and their storage time is 7 working days from the order.

Reception opening hours:

  • weekdays - from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
  • weekend and public holidays - CLOSED

For orders placed during public holidays (and one day earlier), the delivery time may be extended by a few working days.
We send the tax document (invoice, receipt) by e-mail and in the shipment together with the goods, as well as user manuals and warranty cards for selected products. If the warranty card was not delivered to you, the manufacturer did not provide a warranty card for the goods.
